Covid-19 Statement (19th March 2020)

The Covid-19 outbreak has brought around an unprecedented and challenging time for everyone around the world. We would like to reassure everyone that the health and safety of both our clients and ourselves is paramount. We are remaining operational as best we can during this time, but we will be introducing a number of changes;

Appointment Only

For the foreseeable future, the studio shall be by appointment only. For any new jobs or to collect any completed jobs please contact us directly or book an appointment via our website. This will allow us to control clients coming to the studio and the movement of our frames.

Virus Protection

We are taking particular care to stop any potential spread of the Covonavirus through the studio. All our framers health are being closely monitored. All tools, framing samples, materials, and anything that comes into contact with our staff and clients are being regularly disinfected. Every frame is being fully disinfected and safely wrapped before collection.

Contactless Business

We have implemented procedures to allow contactless business. All payments can be made online or via bank transfers. Through prior arrangements, artworks and frames can be handed over at the front of the studio without any direct interaction between yourself and staff. Framing design can be discussed and decided via phone and email.

Couriers

To help with social distancing we are encouraging our clients to use couriers when possible or when necessary. We work with a number of courier options and are happy to arrange couriers between the studio and your home.

Extended Lead Times

The current crisis will inevitably cause issues with supply chains. Whilst some materials we use are from UK suppliers, the rest comes from mainland Europe, including Italy. We are doing our best to keep any disruptions to a minimum, but to help mitigate the situation we are increasing our lead times on most of our jobs
